Terms and refunds

The service

Suede Scan sells evidence and repairs: timestamped captures of how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini answer buyer prompts about your category, analysis of who gets cited and why, and, on Fix and Sprint orders, machine-readable repairs (structured data, llms.txt, entity/FAQ content) delivered as paste-ready patches or pull requests. Deliverable contents, turnaround times, and daily capacity are as published on the order page at the time of purchase.

What we never promise

LLM answers are non-deterministic and change between runs and over time. We do not promise that any engine will cite, recommend, or say anything in particular, ever. Every finding is a dated snapshot with its run count stated. Re-runs measure change; they do not guarantee it.

Refunds, one policy

• Full refund any time before delivery.
• Full refund within 7 days of delivery if the deliverable doesn't match the spec published on the order page.
• No-gap guarantee: if your scan returns no actionable gap, full refund and the report is yours to keep. An actionable gap means at least one of your prompts returned an answer that names a competitor and not you, or your site is missing one of the inputs we ship: valid schema, llms.txt, or a citable entity block. Close calls resolve in your favor.

Pricing

The current price and availability are the values shown on the live order page and verified checkout. Expired launch or founding promotions do not apply. A disabled checkout is not an available self-serve offer; contact us to confirm scope and availability instead.

Your data

Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. We receive your email, billing details, and the website URL you provide at checkout, plus whatever you send in your intake email. The post-checkout form prepares that email locally in your own mail app; the page does not submit or store its fields. Client scans, reports, and patches are kept private and never published without your written permission. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless aggregate measurement. Testimonials and case studies are published only with permission, and any discount, free work, or other material connection is disclosed.
